Motorola/Freescale - MECL III 1600

MECL III was introduced in 1968. It replaced MECL I and MECL II with hgher power and faster speeds. Typical I ns edge speeds and propagation delays, along with greater than 500 mhz flip-flop toggle rates, make MECL III useful for high-speed test and communications equipment.
